All One Knighted will begin as a charity run by volunteers and donations. Volunteer assistants will help guide those who join (initially the homeless, low/no income individuals). They will assess everyone’s skills, mental and physical capabilities. They will assist with getting their identities back (social security, birth certificates, ID, if required), and provide substance abuse rehabilitation to those that need it. A Playbook will have all the information and resources needed for the assistants to manage their roles. The assistants can be volunteers or they can join the program themselves, working four hours per day in exchange for a bed, clothes, food, and all their basic needs. They will also train others to be assistants. Initially, the homeless can earn their stay by cleaning the shelters, doing laundry, cooking, and organizing supplies to get the program started.
No one is willing to pay people to clean up the streets, particularly in urban areas. The homeless can work to clean the streets in exchange for a place to stay, food, and clothing. Four hours of work per day will earn them a new life and they will be cleaning the streets instead of dirtying them.

Members would work in day and night shifts. At the beginning, bunk beds and lockers would be shared between day and night shifts. Women and men would be in separate sections unless you are a couple or family.
As it expands further, the goal is to open daycares, schools and hospitals with members managing the facilities. Future plans to branch into utility companies including electric, gas and water to lower the prices and exchange services for labor.

As donations grow, start with tented camps, shipping containers and flat pack homes using solar power and generators. Possible locations would be abandoned sites such as urban parking lots, dilapidated homes, warehouses and unused land away from residential areas in urban and/or remote locations. When donations become consistent, members will renovate abandoned buildings to be used as shelters, expanding into warehouses, apartment buildings and creating single family home communities.

Members can solicit door to door, business to business to help find contributors. Investors can help promote us and expand to other cities.
Small businesses can also hire labor or have All One Knighted invest in their business to help them get started. If you only want investment help from All One Knighted to begin on your own, All One Knighted will provide the capital without requiring reimbursement. You can run the business on your own exactly how you want. When you retire or if you no longer want to manage the business, it will then go to All One Knighted.
As we evolve, we would also rely on investors and sponsors while continuing with monetary donations. Food, clothing and toiletries will be accepted. Medical facilities can donate medicine and medical supplies and volunteer opportunities would be offered for doctors and nurses. All One Knighted would also negotiate and contract with companies for labor in exchange for supplies and furniture for the shelters. Hardware and home stores can exchange materials to be used for building new sites in exchange for labor.

Members can post ideas on a social media site to help improve or create new processes. If the idea receives above a certain number of “likes” it will go into a voting system with other ideas. The most popular idea will be implemented first. This will allow the people to have input into the system and have their voices heard.
An app and more details on how the system works with complete transparency will evolve as we grow, showing how to join, what is required, jobs available and locations, homes available with locations, what is expected from members and what members will receive.
